Case Study
A neighborhood café whose look finally caught up with its cooking — plus an AI agent that greets every catering request.
Project Overview
Great Taste Café is the kind of place where regulars are family and the catering calendar fills by word of mouth. The food carried the reputation; the visuals didn’t carry the food.
The project: give the café a warm, consistent identity — and give the owner back the hours lost to catering questions buried in DMs.
The Challenge
Menus were photos of printouts. Posts changed style with every event. And catering requests — the café’s biggest growth lane — arrived scattered across comments, DMs, and voicemails with half the details missing.
“Do you cater?” asked five different ways, answered one at a time, with dates and guest counts chased down by hand.
An AI agent greets every request, collects the event date, guest count, and menu interest, and hands the owner a complete inquiry.
The Solution
We refreshed the identity around the feeling regulars already had: espresso-warm colors, a friendly wordmark, and a GT monogram that works on a cup sleeve or a storefront.
Then we built the system around it — menu boards, a catering flyer kit with swappable offers, and social templates that make every post look like it came from the same kitchen.
Finally, the smart layer: an AI catering agent that answers first, asks the right intake questions, and organizes every request so the owner replies to complete inquiries instead of chasing details.
